My recent stay at Mercure was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the modern facilities and the convenience of having the Liverpool Catholic Club next door for dining options. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, thanks to the helpful lady at the concierge desk. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only luxury hotel in this area, love being able to go downstairs and go to the gaming area or enjoy a meal, this is our second visit to this hotel and as we regulary visit family in this area we would not hesistate to stay here again
the bathroom floor was stained and looked like it had not been cleaned, we also required more milk as the milk supplied was only sufficient for 2 cups of tea and when we requested more from housekeeping it took around 35 minutes to bring it to our room - it would have been quicker for us to drive to a shop and pick some up - a little disappointing as I didn’t think it would take this long, the person who eventually brought it to our room apologized for the delay.

The location was easy to find and welcoming staff checked us in. The room was well-equipped and clean, but unfortunately, the bathroom was cramped and lack of space made it difficult to maneuver. While breakfast was cheap, the buffet could have been better maintained, with cold food and dirty tables. However, the wireless connection was, without a doubt, the hotel's strongest point.
The restaurant's service was unsatisfactory, with unprofessional and rude behavior from some staff members.

The 2 staff who were working at the time that I checked were extremely friendly and helpful they even gave me a free room upgrade. I was extremely happy with that as my partner and myself have stayed there on numerous occasions.

We recently stayed at a hotel that was attached to a Catholic club for a romantic escape. One of the best aspects of our stay was the excellent room we were assigned. We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of the room, and the furniture was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was impressive and made our stay very comfortable. Also, we enjoyed the delicious cakes and coffee at the nearby café. The view from our window was excellent, and we were able to witness lovely sunsets regularly.
One of the worst aspects of the stay was the lack of attention by the hotel staff, which made us feel unwelcome. They seemed to be more preoccupied with other tasks than attending to our needs.

Close to most facilities, hotel was clean and room as well.
Some of the staff weren't very customer service orientated.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was nice. Was a very relaxing stay in the hotel.
The downside would be the location. The hotel is in a safer feeling area but access to transport was difficult.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach all the main spots. The staff was fantastic and always ready to assist me when needed, giving an excellent room service. The room was spotlessly clean, had a lot of amenities like sitting area, in-room safe, and mini-bar. The restaurant here was top-notch, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. I also loved the leisure swimming pool with sun loungers.
This place is highly recommended for everyone.

We had a great time staying here! Best aspects include friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, modern facilities, and a convenient location with easy access to entertainment and dining options. Plus, the hotel's facilities, such as the swimming pool and bistro, were fantastic. We also appreciated the option of a late check-out, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Not obvious to find.

The cleanliness and good comfort of the room.
We had asked for a late check out and were given this but were not informed that our electronic swipe cards were keyed to prevent access after 10am. So we were locked out of our rooms in the morning and had to go to reception. This isn't satisfactory. We also were not offered breakfast at the $15 rate when we checked in, and only found out about this the next morning. Danielle, Admin Mgr, who fixed this, was excellent. I also did not like the fact that the eggs used in The Atrium restaurant where we had breakfast were not free range. It is unacceptable in this day and age to use eggs that come from hens that are kept in cruel conditions.
